The crisis in the Grand Alliance at Bihar continued with there being no breakthrough in the talks between the JD(U) and RJD. The much hyped meeting between Bihar Chief Minister, Nitish Kumar and his deputy Tejashwi Yadav yielded no results.
Is the ‘Grand Alliance’ in Bihar on the verge of a collapse. Nitish Kumar, the Chief Minister of the State is adamant that his deputy and Lalu Prasad Yadav’s son Tejaswi put in his papers following the CBI raids.
The BJP has countered the ‘no moustache,’ statement made by Bihar’s Deputy Chief Minister, Tejaswi Prasad Yadav. When he became the owner of the property he had turned an adult with a moustache and a beard said BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi.
The Grand Alliance in Bihar is on a shaky wicket. The Chief Minister of Bihar Nitish Kumar is likely to call on his deputy Tejashwi Prasad Yadav to resign. The decision is being taken following the CBI raids that were conducted at several locations including the residence of Tejaswhi who is the son of RJD chief, Lalu Prasad Yadav.
Not all are interested in losing the ‘lal batti’. After the Union Government decided that it was time to do away with the red beacon system in a bid to move away from the VIP to EIP culture, many politicians followed the order. However two politicians decided not to follow the orders and said that they are not bound by a Delhi cabinet decision.
Posters have come up in Bihar urging the youth to join the Islamic State. The message written in completely wrong English urges the youth to join the IS. It further says that the IS has come to Bihar.
