This Budget is constrained, nothing much in it: Expert

Recalibrating ATMs will take two weeks: Arun Jaitley

jaitNew Delhi, Nov 12: It will take at least three weeks to re calibrate ATMs according to the new Rs 500 and Rs 2,000 currency notes, Arun Jaitley, Union Finance Minister informed.
