Dinakaran-AIADMKThe intention was to commit a crime at a high place, the judge at a Delhi court said while extending the custody of Sukesh Chandrasekhar, an accused in the Election Commission bribery case. The judge, Poonam Chaudhary, however had harsh words for the Delhi police and even asked why T T V Dinakaran touted as the prime accused had not been arrested.
