It was a big bust and they needed his custody urgently. However in order to seek the custody of Sukesh Chandrasekhar, the man who promised T T V Dinakaran the AIADMK’s two leaves symbol, the Delhi Crime Branch needed a judge. Sukesh was arrested with Rs 1.3 crore from a hotel in South Delhi and it is alleged that this was the money that was given to him to bribe Election Commission of India officials.
It was a high profile case which mandated a special team to be formed. The Crime Branch of the Delhi police learnt that there were attempts on to allegedly bribe officials in the Election Commission of India in the wake of the symbol row within the AIADMK between the Sasikala and O Panneerselvam factions.
His tryst with crime started at the age of 17. Today Sukesh Chandrasekar is all over the news for allegedly trying to help Sasikala Natarajan’s nephew T T V Dinakaran bribe Election Commission of India officials to bag the two leaves symbol of the AIADMK.
