Samjautha, Malegaon blast cases under review, not going soft on anyone says NIA

New Delhi, April 16: The National Investigating Agency has decided to review all cases of terrorism that occurred between 2006 and 2008 in which some Hindus were involved. “We are just reviewing the cases as there have been too many twists and turns, but at no point are we even suggesting that we are going soft on the accused persons,” an officer with the NIA informed OneIndia.

A team of the NIA was in the United States of America to seek information about a financer from Pakistan alleged to have funded the Samjautha Express blasts. “We are awaiting that information, the officer informed. Further cases of terror at Malegaon will also be reviewed.” the officer said.
