The BJP in Karnataka would hold protests across the state as H D Kumaraswamy would take oath as the Chief Minister of Karnataka.
A galaxy of leaders from what is being called as a joint opposition will descend upon Bengaluru to attend the swearing-in-ceremony of H D Kumaraswamy on Wednesday. He is set to take oath at 4.30 pm and the police say that the expected crowd would be around 1 lakh.
50 kilometres from Bangalore is considered to be a model constituency for many in Karnataka.
Kumaraswamy is seeking a re-election for the third time from Ramnagar and looking at the way things are going, it looks pretty clear that he will emerge victorious. Interestingly there were reports that he may not contest at all from his pet constituency as he believed that he could suffer due to an anti incumbency factor.
