Terror module busted in Delhi, UP shows Dawood is still prime asset for ISI

New Delhi, Sep 15: The busting of two ISI sponsored modules, one by the Delhi Police and another by the UP ATS is clearly a sign of the Pakistan spy agencies trying to up the ante ahead of the elections to be held next year.

While the Delhi Police arrested 6 persons who were planning attacks during the festival season, the UP police picked up 3 persons following raids at Lucknow, Rae Bareli and Pratapgarh.

The Delhi Police said that the six persons were planning major attacks in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra during the festival season. The police also said that the accused persons had visited Pakistan. In Pakistan they were taken to a town near the Gwadar port and were trained by two persons from the Pakistan Army.

Delhi realtor allegedly used Saddam Hussein’s tactics to employ thallium to target wife, in-laws

New Delhi, Mar 25: A realtor in Delhi inspired by former Iraqi president, Saddam Hussain and his intelligence agencies who allegedly use thallium to kill political opponents used the toxin to target his wife and in-laws.

The police on Tuesday arrested 37 year old Varun Arora a resident of Greater Kailash for allegedly killing his mother-in-law. His wife has been in coma since February. The incident came to light on March 21 following a complaint by Devendra Mohan Sharma. He approached the police and said that his wife Anita Sharma had died at the Ganga Ram hospital and he suspected his son-in-law Arora.

ISIS links: NIA raids 7 locations in Kerala, Karnataka, Delhi

New Delhi, Mar 15: The National Investigation Agency carried out raids in7 locations at Delhi, Kerala and Karnataka in connection with an Islamic State related case.

The raids pertain bona new case registered by the agency around 48 hours back. The NIA has under its scanner 6. To 7 persons. They were being monitored for nefarious activities by the intelligence, sources tell OneIndia.

New Delhi, Mar 03: The National Investigation has registered a case against a terror outfit, Lashker-e-Mustafa, which works for the proscribed terror group Jaish-e-Mohammad.

The outfit, according to the NIA was planning on carrying out terror acts at the behest of the JeM in the Jammu area with the aim of threatening the sovereignty, integrity and security of India.

Top Khalistan movement conspirator held by NIA in Delhi

New Delhi, Dec 23: An absconding Khalistan terrorist Gurjeet Singh Nijjar, who was hiding in Cyprus (Europe) was arrested at New Delhi Airport by the National Investigation Agency. 

A case had been registered in 2019 against an accused Harpal Singh under Section 3 & 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 read with sections 37 & 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951 and section 20 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967.

ISI backed narcoterrorism: 5 arrested in Delhi following exchange of fire

New Delhi, Dec 07: Five persons have been apprehended following an exchange of fire in the Shakarpur area of Delhi.

The Delhi Police said that two of them are from Punjab, while the rest are from Kashmir. DCP, Delhi Police, special cell, Pramod Kushwaha said that weapons and other incriminating materials have been recovered from them.

Terror attack in Delhi foiled: Two terrorists arrested

The police said that they have arrested two terrorists from the Sarai Kale Khan area. We received information about these two terrorists and on the basis of the same, a trap was laid, DCP (Special Cell) Sanjeev Yadav said. 

The trap was laid near the Millennium Park, Sarai Kale Khan on Monday night.

After the Mumbai exposure, NCB sets its eye on drug trouble in Delhi

New Delhi, Oct 16: After Mumbai, Delhi will be on the radar of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). Recent raids and the investigations by the NCB have shown that in a majority of the cases, the drugs have been Mumbai borne.

The drug angle has been probed extensively, following the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Several top actors have been summoned by the NCB for questioning and the agency netted at least 20 people in connection with this case.

Delhi scribe allegedly passed information to Chinese intel: Chinese lady, Nepalese associated arrest

New Delhi, Sep 19: Delhi journalist Rajeev Sharma who was arrested by the Delhi Police was allegedly passing on sensitive information to the Chinese intelligence.

The Special Cell has also arrested one Chinese lady and her Nepalese associate for paying large amounts of money. The money was routed through shell companies, the police have also learnt.
