New Delhi, Aug 25: The Jaish-e-Mohammad were in the process of carrying out another major strike in the aftermath of the Pulwama attack.
The National Investigation Agency said that after the Pulwama attack, plans were on to carry out a major strike in Jammu and Kashmir. However, India decided to retaliate in a strong manner and carried out the Balakot air strikes in which a facility of the JeM was severely hit.
New Delhi, Feb 26: India is keeping a close watch on the Balakot terror facility, where nearly 40 jihadis are being imparted training by the Jaish-e-Mohammad. It may be recalled that the terror facility that was hit by the Indian Air Force exactly a year ago was recently opened up.
The information that is based on Intelligence gathering suggests that these 40 jihadis are being trained to strike at Jammu and Kashmir as well as other parts of the country. In the past few weeks, the Intelligence has indicated that Pakistan would up the ante and strike at various locations that include, Maharashtra, Gujarat and some of the southern states.

. The Intelligence Bureau further states that these terrorists are being trained to carry out a major strike in India. There are at least 27 terrorists, most of them from Pakistan occupied Kashmir who are being trained to strike.
New Delhi, Sep 23: Army Chief General Bipin Rawat said today that the Balakot facility of the Jaish-e-Mohammad had been reactivated. This is the first time operations are being conducted within the facility after it was hit by the Indian Air Force (IAF) earlier this year.
Intelligence Bureau (IB) officials tell OneIndia that it comes as no surprise that the Jaish-e-Mohammad went ahead and re-activated this facility. It is one of the most important training centres for the JeM operatives and it was a well-known fact that the facility would be re-activated sooner or later, the officer said.
