Gowda to Advani’s rescue

Even as candidates continue their campaign for the Karnataka Assembly Elections, the entire day today was about the allegations made against senior BJP leader L K Advani.
One of the first to react to the allegation was H D Deve Gowda, JD(S) supremo and former Prime Minister of India. ” Where is Advani and where is Dhananjay Kumar? The allegations need to be substantiated and people should not make wild allegations, Gowda said.

In North Karnataka Jagadish Shettar sought proof for such allegations. Can he prove the allegations? I know what Yeddyurappa has done in the past. He has made allegations against Advani in the past and apologised by evening. I do not find these allegations sustainable, Shettar also said.
B S Yeddyurappa decided to take Shettar on. Do you know what he has done in Vidhan Soudha. Is he clean? I know how corrupt he is and what he has got made for his wife and children.
Dhananjay Kumar who had made the allegations spent the day defending his statements. He however refused to part with any sort of proof and said that he would do so when the time is right. When my leader asks me to give the proof I shall give it, he said.

  1. Dhananjay kumar has such a bad reputation in DK, that he won’t stand a chance of winning in this life. He is one of ‘maha brishta’ politicos who has amassed so much wealth (without any known source of income). For him to be given any credibility is crazy.

Having said that, I won’t be surprised if there was indeed a patronage scam in letting Yeddy continue as CM (or even letting Reddy’s continue). Why else would BJP keep these corrupt folks intact even at the cost of credibility?? Honesty is in taking action against known dishonest. Not taking action shows that Advani or Sushma were dishonest.

Just as MMS has been dishonest in staying silent on mega corruption under his nose.
